1. Fisierul health_kill.sma il puneti in addons/amxmodx/scripting
2. Fisierul health_kill.amxx il puneti in addons/amxmodx/plugins
3. Intrati in fisierul addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini si adaugati la urma:

4. Folderul "sound" din arhiva il copiati peste cel din cstrike/
Cvars:
amx_hk_health 25 - Amount of HP received for one kill.
Default: 25
amx_hk_headshot 35 - Amount of HP received for a head-shot.
Default: 35
amx_hk_max 100 - Control the maximum health allowed.
Default: 100
amx_hk_sound 1 - Whether or not to play the sound when a kill is made.
Default: 1
amx_hk_hud 1 - Whether or not to display the hud message for a kill.
Default: 1
